M.V.M. HOLDING S.R.L. is a company specializing in the design and manufacture of electrical, technological, and special systems for safety, industrial automation, and plants for the production of energy from renewable sources, in the civil and industrial field.
We are one of the few companies in the country that produces systems completely in-house and that offers customer services and a technological System Integrator for the creation of high efficiency systems to meet every technological engineering need – from small construction sites to large public works – in the industrial, marittime, hospital, and hotel industries.
The contact with our customers does not end with the planning and installation of the system. In fact, thanks to the presence of the technical office within our divisions, we are able to promptly respond to the needs of our customers, ensuring constant reliability and efficiency.
Electrical plants and special systems
This is the base for our plants and the main artery from which we develop every type of structure. Since we keep in step with evolution in the industry, we are the ideal partner for those wishing to create both civil and industrial electrical plants, with the ability to integrate them with special and technological systems. The design, manufacture, and maintenance phases are adjusted to the specific needs of the customer, to ensure highly technological and quality projects, thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001 certification of our company system.
We also make special systems such as telecommunications networks in copper and fibre optics, SDH and xDSL transmission equpment, mobile and wireless networks (that guarantee full information and resource sharing), telematic networks, structured wiring, LAN/WAN networks, network management systems, IP networks, private digital telephone networks and hubs, contact center platforms, integrated call center systems, and ICT integrated solutions.
Technological systems
Residential and industrial climate control system works in which we take care of every step, from the feasibility study, to design, execution, and inspection. We offer solutions that range from the traditional two or four pipe hydronic system to mixed air-water systems, and even highly technological solutions in which the integration with domotics systems allow centralized management of the systems.
Security systems
Monitoring solutions, access control, and video surveillance, with dedicated software that allow awareness of the situation and presence in any facility in real time and to digitally record video in any environment, making it possible to prevent or contain criminal acts.
We also propose anti-intrusion systems that ensure the security standards the customer requests for homes and companies, protecting people and property without inhibiting normal activity, and smoke detection and fire extinguishing systems with custom solutions that adapt to every environmental and structural need, performing a close control using the highest quality systems.

Hotels: development of centralized systems for real time monitoring and control of the entire facility, to easily manage energy savings, security, and access, in rooms and in common areas.
Hospitals: efficient management of numerous areas inside hospital facilities, from examination rooms to operating rooms, including controlling external access, presences, and technological zones such as boilers and electrical rooms.
Residential and industrial facilities: monitoring and control systems that allow the automation of all devices, in domestic-type environments, large buildings, and in offices (control of electrical outlets, management of lights, time card checking).
